You'll start by talking to Rob or Jase. We want to know how the work gets done today, who does it, what goes wrong and what it costs you. Quite often the answer is smaller than you thought, and we'll say so.
Then we build in two-week steps. Each one has a fixed price and something you can actually use at the end of it. You see it, you tell us what's wrong, and you decide whether to carry on. There's no six-month silence followed by a big reveal.
Because AI does a lot of the typing, those steps get through far more than they used to. Our developers still design it, check every change and answer for it.
