Who are Dev Partners Ltd?

We provide custom web applications (software) and ecommerce solutions. We are based at Suites 6 & 7, 27-28 Windmill Street, Gravesend, Kent, DA12 1AS. Our registered company number is 07761974.

We are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of visitors to our website. We want you to know that we are not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes.

In this privacy policy, we've provided detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.

Data collected on our website

Our website provides contact forms for the purpose of obtaining a quotation, or requesting information about our products and services.

Please rest assured that your information will not be used for any other purpose and will be removed from our systems as soon as it is no longer required for us to provide a service to you.

Will you ever disclose my information to a third party?

We don't sell your information or pass it to anyone for their own marketing. We do use a small number of trusted suppliers to run the business, and they handle it on our behalf: Mailgun sends and receives the emails from our forms, our own CRM holds enquiries and client records, and Google Analytics and Google Ads run if you accept cookies. Otherwise we'll only disclose information if forced to by the police or another authority with the right to demand it, for example in a criminal investigation.

Will you disclose the personal information you hold about me upon my request?

Yes. Providing the applicable identity checks can be met (to assure us that we are dealing with a genuine request), Dev Partners will disclose the data we hold about you.

Right to be "forgotten"

In addition to the above, you can, at any time, request that your information be removed from any or all of our systems.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful, and it sets cookies as soon as you arrive. We use the results only in aggregate, to improve this site. When you first visit, a box lets you say no: pick No thanks and we clear its cookies and stop setting them. Google's tag still runs, but it then stores nothing on your device and only sends Google basic, cookie-free measurements. Ad cookies stay off unless you say that's fine. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics, which tells us how people use the site. If you say that's fine, it can also load Google Ads, which tells us whether our ads are working. These set cookies, including ones starting _ga and _gcl, which can last up to two years.

Your choice is kept in your browser's own storage so we don't have to ask again. It isn't a tracking cookie and it never leaves your device.

Changes to this privacy policy

This policy is reviewed annually and, in addition, when we are required to do so by way of any relevant change in prevailing legislation.
