We make it safe
Anything dangerous gets fixed first: data other users can see, missing backups, unsupported versions. Scoped and priced separately so you know where you stand.
We write down what it does
Plain-English documentation of your system. It's yours, whether you stay with us or not.
We look after it
Monthly plan from then on. No long lock-in once it's stable.
What does software support cost?
The price depends on how critical the system is to your business, how old it is, how quickly you need us to respond, and how many developer hours you want each month. We'll give you a fixed monthly figure once we've seen what you've got.

Most of what we support is PHP: Laravel, CodeIgniter (including CodeIgniter 3, which no longer gets security updates), plain PHP and custom WordPress. We also look after apps generated by Lovable, Replit, Bolt, v0 and Cursor, which are usually React on the front with Supabase or Postgres behind. And Shopify stores with custom integrations. If it's something else, ask. We'll tell you straight if we're not the right people.

Questions people ask about software support
Yes. It's one of the most common reasons people ring us. We start by reading the code, since there usually isn't documentation, and tell you in writing what you've got.
Usually not. Most systems need a list of specific fixes, not a replacement. If a rebuild is genuinely the right call we'll show you why.
Yes. We host it properly, check the database permissions, set up backups and monitoring, and keep it updated. We can keep it connected to the tool you built it with if you still want to make changes there.
Plans start from £355 a month + VAT. The figure depends on how critical and how old the system is and how many hours you want. You get a fixed monthly price before anything starts.
Documentation, no problem, we write it. Source code we do need; if you're not sure you have it, we'll help you work out where it is and how to get it.
Yes. A lot of what we look after is older PHP. We'll tell you honestly whether upgrading is worth it.
Once the system is stable, no long lock-in. The code and the documentation are yours, and we'll hand over cleanly if you ever leave.
Yes. Everyone who works on your system is in our UK team. We don't offshore or subcontract.
