Yes. Returns are one of the most operationally important parts of the integration, particularly for fashion retailers where return rates of 25 to 40 percent are common. The integration handles return initiation in Shopify, carrier returns label generation, goods-in processing in Peoplevox, condition-based stock reinstatement or quarantine routing, and automatic refund or store credit processing back in Shopify.
The result is that returns are processed automatically without manual intervention at each step. Stock figures update in near real time rather than batching at the end of the day, and your customer service team handles exceptions rather than routine returns processing.
Standard connectors are a reasonable choice when your requirements are straightforward and map cleanly onto the connector's template.
