Off-the-shelf software makes you work its way. If the way you do things is part of why customers pick you, it's often worth having something built around it. If it isn't, we'll say so.
We don't need to be next door
Our clients are all over the UK. Day to day it's calls and screen shares with the people doing the work, and when it matters we'll get on a train to Hextable.
Once it's live we look after it, with fixes, improvements, security updates and hosting from the people who know your code. If you already have something, we'll take that on too.
