NetSuite, Peoplevox, Metapack, Brightpearl, Unleashed, Linnworks, Xero, FreeAgent and your 3PL, all agreeing with your store, without anybody retyping anything.
Custom Shopify work
Shopify is great, right up until you outgrow it
We build shops too, but custom work is where we're strongest. Plenty of people do that well. We're the ones you ring when the shop is fine and everything behind it isn't: stock that's always wrong, orders being retyped by hand, and eleven apps nobody understands.

You'll be talking to one of us, not a salesperson.
What we do on Shopify
Integrations
Getting Shopify to agree with your ERP, stock system, accounts package, 3PL and marketplaces. NetSuite, Peoplevox, Unleashed, Brightpearl, Xero, FreeAgent and a fair few you won't have heard of. This is most of our Shopify work, and it's what we're best at.
Custom apps
The things Shopify won't do on its own. Wholesale and trade pricing, private apps, tools for your warehouse and returns teams. Built for how you work, and often replacing several subscriptions.
Migrations
Off Visualsoft, Magento, WooCommerce, or something bespoke that somebody built in 2014 and left. Products, customers and order history come across, redirects are done properly, and you keep trading.
Integrations are most of what we do
It's a software problem wearing a shop's clothes.
When the stock's wrong on the website, it nearly always means Shopify and whatever runs your warehouse talk once a night, or not at all. When someone retypes every order into the accounts system, that's two systems nobody ever joined up.
Those are custom software jobs, and it happens that we've been doing custom software since 2011. Shopify is one more system to connect, with an API we know very well.
What that looked like at Motel Rocks
Motel Rocks sell fashion internationally across several Shopify stores, with Oracle NetSuite running the money. Between the two sat a growing pile of people doing things by hand. Stock was rekeyed. Returns from the US and UK were processed twice. TikTok was a real sales channel with no stock connection at all.
We could have patched each one, but you end up with nine brittle connections and no idea which one broke at 4am. So Jase built one integration layer between Shopify and NetSuite and hung everything else off it. New channels can now be added without rebuilding anything, and nobody has to babysit it.
More Shopify work

Around 3,000 products and 7,500 redirects moved off Visualsoft with no downtime.
Shirtsleeves
28,000 customers moved with their store credit intact.
AX Paris
Custom integration for a high-volume fashion brand.
You probably don't need us if
You only want a small tweak to your theme. A good Shopify theme developer will do that for far less than we would, and we're happy to say so. If you need a whole new store, we do build those, and they're at their best when there's something custom behind them.
You want the cheapest quote, or it has to be live in a fortnight. Rushing is how stores end up needing us in the first place.
If you've got a job that's more than a shop, we're a Shopify Select Partner, and you'll be dealing with Rob or Jase throughout. And once it's built, we look after it. Shopify changes its APIs all the time, so custom work needs someone watching it.

Hello, you get us
Rob on the left, Jase on the right. No sales team and no account managers. One of us is on every job, from the first chat to long after it goes live, and the people writing your code sit in the same small team.

Tell us what you've got
It goes straight to Rob and Jase. You'll hear back from one of us, usually the same day, and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right people.
