Paul has a finance and business background and keeps us commercially grounded. He makes sure every project is structured in a way that delivers real value, not just technical output.
Kevin Venn
Kevin handles APIs, integrations, enterprise platforms, and large-scale workflows. If you need two systems to talk to each other reliably, Kevin is the person making sure it happens properly.
Simon Torrington
Simon works in SQL, data modelling, analytics and reporting. He finds the patterns in messy data, fixes the underlying problems, and helps clients actually get useful information out of their systems.
Steve Hargrave
Steve builds the back-end. Databases, performance tuning, complex business logic. If it needs to be fast, accurate and bulletproof under load, Steve is the person building it.
Denver White
Denver handles the front-end - clean, fast, user-friendly interfaces that work properly on every device. He builds what users actually interact with, and he cares about getting it right.
Julie Sherwood
Julie manages project delivery, client communications and training. She makes sure nothing falls through the cracks between development and launch, and that clients feel confident using what we have built.
Emily Sherwood
Emily handles branding, UI, UX and digital assets. She is the reason the things we build look as good as they work - particularly on Shopify and eCommerce projects where visual presentation matters.
