Most stores that need to move do not need reinventing. They need the same shop, working properly, on a platform that will not hold them hostage. That is what this is.

We take your existing look and rebuild it as a proper Shopify theme. Same brand, same layout, same feel — your customers should barely notice anything has happened, except that it is faster and you are no longer waiting on someone else to make a change.

If you are on Visualsoft: you do not need their permission or their help to leave. Your products, customers and order history can all be exported and brought across independently. We have written the whole process up in detail.

Does this include a redesign?

No. At this price we rebuild your existing look on Shopify — same brand, same design, properly built. If you are starting from nothing, you get a basic design with one round of revisions. A full redesign is separate work, and we will quote it properly rather than squeezing it in.

Will we lose our Google rankings?

Not if the redirects are done properly, which is why they are in the included list rather than treated as an extra. Every old URL is mapped to its new equivalent so the search engines follow you across.

What if our store is more complicated than this?

Then we will tell you on the call. Stores with unusual custom functionality, live ERP integrations or awkward data need scoping properly, and we would rather lose a fixed-price sale than quote something we have not seen. Do we own the store afterwards?

Completely. It is your Shopify account and your theme from day one. If you wanted to move to another agency afterwards you could, and we would hand it over cleanly. Clients stay with us because it works, not because they are stuck.

Are you actually local to us?

We are based in Gravesend, Kent, and Kent, Essex, Sussex and Surrey are our core regions — if you are in one of those we can come and see you. Everywhere else in the UK we work remotely, and we are entirely UK-based with no outsourcing.

Can you handle the integrations too?

Yes — ERP, 3PL, accounts systems and bespoke development are a large part of what we do, and there are case studies for the bigger ones. They are just not part of this fixed price. Mention them on the call and we will quote them alongside.
